Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, it takes up the spot of another client who could have had the chance of being seen. As such, I require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. The full fee of the session is charged for missed appointments or late cancellations, except for emergencies or extenuating situations. If there is a pattern of missed or rescheduled appointments, I reserve the right to refer you to another counsellor.
Yes, I offer both in-person sessions in Burnaby as well as sessions online. You are also welcome to do some of your sessions in-person and some online, if that works better for your schedule.
I work Wednesdays and Thursdays in person at my office at #501-3292 Production Way, Burnaby. I am also available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays online.
